  • Completed commercial training
  • Relevant work experience is an advantage (re-entrants are welcome)
  • Very good MS Office and spelling skills
  • Precise and careful working style and organisational talent
  • Responsible, independent work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Experience with BMD is an advantage

  • Central interface to banks, authorities, accounting, tax and auditing firms
  • Administrative and organisational activities
  • Checking and approval of incoming invoices
  • Electronic time recording
  • Ordering and postal services
